Welcome Team (Veterans, ladies, other family members)
Greet family members as they arrive for the Gold Star Gathering at the hotels on Sun, May 8, Mon, May 9, AND at the Wall on Tues. Need at least 10 volunteers; we can use more. We may work in shifts. If you are not serving as a Gold Star Host, this would be a great place for you to serve, as Hosts will be engaging with their families as they arrive. Ladies are welcome to serve on this team. Contact Jim or Susan Garvin to volunteer (contact info below).
Video/Photography Team (ladies, other family members)
May use a cell phone or digital video recorder or digital SLR camera. Need a team of 4.
"Not-So-Angry Sisters" - all ladies are invited to join us!
Simple decorations at the hotels
Veterans & Gold Star Family Gathering decorations, refreshments, etc.
Ceremony - flowers, wreaths(2), logistics
You are invited to serve on more than one team. We need as many volunteers as possible.
